    <language>en-us</language><item><title>Poster Conference</title><description>Research Student Poster Competition During the poster conference we will host a Research Student Poster Competition.&amp;nbsp; Up to 5 posters will be selected to be professionally framed and hung in the department. The winners will also each receive a &amp;pound;15 book token.</description><location> Seminar Rooms G, H, A, B &amp; Common Room, 15 Norham Gardens, Oxford OX2 6PY</location><infContent>&lt;strong&gt;Call for Posters &lt;/strong&gt;We invite posters from Research Students and Staff on current research projects in the department. Posters can be from A4 to A1 in size. As space is limited, we ask that delegates do not exceed one A1 poster per project.&amp;nbsp; The posters will be grouped by content area (i.e. usually by research group). Each group of posters will be allocated time slots to allow people to answer questions about their posters.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Abstracts&lt;/strong&gt; from 100 - 200 words should be sent in advance of the poster conference, to arrive no later than 21st September so they can be published in the conference programme.&amp;nbsp; Abstracts should include the project title, name of researcher, main research questions, methodology and any early findings. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Deadlines&lt;/strong&gt; Please send your abstracts to the Research Office by 21st September 2007 (email them to tracy.killip@education.ox.ac.uk). Please also arrange a time with the Research Office to hang your poster before the conference on 8th October.&amp;nbsp; </infContent></item></channel></rss>
